Daniela specialises in Telecommunications and Commercial and Corporate Law.

In the telecommunications industry, she has acquired significant expertise in regulatory and legal matters, assisting leading international corporate groups in M&A transactions involving networks and strategic infrastructures and supporting them in the management of relations with public administrations and local authorities.
She has achieved particular expertise in carrying out Due Diligence activities of network infrastructure, as well as in preparing all the contracts relating to the legal aspects of the improvement of the assets used by telecommunications operators, with specific reference to the regulation of agreements for the provision of services aimed at sharing the active and passive elements of the access network.
She assists local authorities and public bodies in their dealings with all stakeholders involved in the issuance of the necessary permits for the planning, construction, modification and technological upgrading of telecommunications infrastructures and plants in the territory by the Operators of such services.
In the area of commercial and corporate law, she provides assistance and legal advice to companies with regard to ownership, corporate governance and the management of major business events, and has participated in large transactions such as mergers, split-off and acquisition projects, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
She has gained considerable experience in the field of legal entities’ criminal liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001), both with reference to the drafting of organisational, management and control models, and through her activities as a member of numerous Supervisory Boards in state-owned and private companies. She currently holds the position of Chairman and member of Supervisory Boards for multinational groups and companies of international standing.
She is a member of the Ferrara Bar Association and a member of the special register for legal proceedings before higher courts.
